Email Groups

Only ICT Services can create an email group.

You can request an email group be created for you, please note that all requests must be approved by the relevant business unit manager.

There are two types of email groups:

1. Email distribution groups - a list of internal email accounts in one group, emails are sent to all members of the group
2. Outlook365 Group - group is established as a 365 group, allowing for MS Teams, SharePoint and other collaborative features
